Urban Construction Crafts Academy The Urban Construction Crafts Academy (UCCA) , provides programs that utilize skill development, support services, and mentorship in the construction industry to transition participants successfully into the workforce. Urban Construction Craft Academy’s enhanced transitional jobs programs combine technology, personal growth, character building, and highly qualified (state certified personnel) mentors from the construction industry and certified teachers, counselors and administrators, to provide hands-on experiences for individuals looking to transition into the workforce.
